The organisation runs through a formal mentorship programme which includes a variety of projects annual. Our projects provide  vigorous annual programme wherein the girls are equipped with knowledge, skills, motivation, guidance and academic support throughout their high school career. Goddess girls are here to create a community of brilliant, independent and self-assured young women who shall be the leaders of tomorrow.

The programme enables the girls to gain experience in different careers, gain exposure to different industries by means of special projects, be groomed, developed and be motivated by seeing other women from townships performing and being leaders within different fields of our economy and be active participants in the development of the local economy.
